Orders less than $75.00 add a $5.00
processing fee.
Credit
To establish net terms, Data Media Products, Inc. requires a bank and
three trade references. This process normally takes 2-3 days to
establish. Credit applications may be requested and sent by mail or fax.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are also accepted.
Terms of Payment
All invoices issued by Data Media Products are payable within the term
given on your account. Outstanding past-due balances are subject to a
finance charge of 1.5% per month. If an account is placed for
collection, the customer agrees to pay all costs of collection,
including attorney’s fees.
Shipping
All in-stock orders shipped the same day
All in-stock orders will be shipped same day via UPS ground service. UPS
Next-Day or 2nd Day Air and Federal Express are available, call for
rates.
Return Policy
All returns require prior authorization. All returns will incur a 15%
restocking charge unless defective. A minimum charge of $10 will be
assessed on all returned goods where 15% is less. All returns, unless
defective, must be returned unopened and in their original cartons.
Credit cannot be given for items considered obsolete or not in saleable
conditions.
Guarantee
If any product is unsatisfactory for any reason, return it to us. Data
Media Products will replace it, credit your account or refund your
purchase price.
Freight/Shortages
Freight shortages must be noted prior to signing freight bill. Any
damage due to shipping and handling must also be noted on carrier’s
freight bill. Any shortages from your Data Media Products, Inc. shipper
must also be noted with freight carrier. Customers are responsible to
receive carrier damage reports and present them to DMP, Inc.
Return Check Policy
Any check returned to Data Media Products, Inc. for any reason by your
bank will be charged an additional fee of $25.00. If a maximum of
three(3) checks are returned, you will forced to pay on a “certified
funds” basis only.
